摘要
我们展示了亚波长富硅氮化硅波导能在2 m高效支撑高速传输。我们报道了10 Gbit/s信号在3.5 cm上的传输,其功率代价可忽略。利用相同波导结构在脉冲泵浦 regime 下也演示了参量转换,效率高达-18 dB。
