摘要
理论上研究了平行于GaAs/AlGaAs界面的强磁场对二维电子层子带结构的影响。考虑了零磁场下占据两个能级的系统，并研究了磁场诱导的第二子带耗尽。约束势和电子色散关系是自洽计算的，电子-电子相互作用在Hartree近似下被考虑。
