摘要
施加于 GaAs/AlGaAs 异质结构中二维空穴系统(在無外磁场时呈金属性)的平行磁场,可在有限磁场下通过一个明确定义的转变将系统驱动为绝缘态。发现转变处的电阻率值强烈依赖于密度。
