GaAs/AlGaAs异质结二维电子系统中低场朗道量子化的实验研究

摘要
通过将磁场垂直施加于GaAs/AlGaAs二维电子系统,我们在降低温度以减小热阻尼的情况下研究了低场朗道量子化。即使当磁振荡的振幅大到预期会偏离Shubnikov-de Haas (SdH)公式时,我们仍观察到遵循该公式的磁振荡。我们的实验结果表明,在无序引起的阻尼下,正磁阻对于SdH公式的推广具有重要意义。
