摘要
将单层石墨烯沉积在装饰有SiO纳米颗粒（NPs）的Si晶片上，然后暴露于由其重氮盐前驱体原位产生的芳基自由基。利用显微拉曼成像，发现芳基自由基选择性地与覆盖纳米颗粒的石墨烯区域反应。增强的化学反应性归因于石墨烯局部机械变形引起的应变能增加。
