短链分子取向有序域的刚性

摘要
通过分子动力学模拟发现，短链分子六角 packing 域表现出一种奇特的刚性特征。尽管链间分子之间仅存在短程非键相互作用（Lennard-Jones 势），但该 packing 域导致整体转动惯量。当两个域呈斜向碰撞时，它们会旋转以保持平行，仿佛作为刚性实体保持整体结构。
