若图的各条边上 Ricci 曲率均为零，则称该图为 Ricci 平坦图，此处图上 Ricci 曲率的定义由 Lin-Lu-Yau 给出。arXiv:1301.0102 与 arXiv:1802.02982 的作者给出了围长至少为 5 的所有 Ricci 平坦图的完整刻画。本文中，我们完全确定了最大度不超过 4 的所有 Ricci 平坦图。
