我们对 David Steigmann 关于我们论文“A general theory for anisotropic Kirchhoff-Love shells with in-plane bending of embedded fibers, Math. Mech. Solids, 28(5):1274-1317”（arXiv:2101.03122）的讨论作出回应。他的讨论使我们得以澄清原论文中两处易引起误解的表述，并确认其公式表述与 Steigmann 的公式表述完全一致。我们还证明，被 Steigmann 批评的我们原论文中的一些表述并无错误。
