单层石墨烯中角动量表象可分离奇异缺陷势谱问题的正则化

摘要
分析了具有对能带指数不对称的短程微扰的单层石墨烯中的电子态。该研究基于(2+1)维狄拉克方程，针对角动量表象中可分离的势进行了分析。将本文获得的束缚态和共振态的特征方程与先前使用不同方法针对同一问题推导出的方程进行了比较。本文使用的动量表象方法使我们能够对由势的奇异性导致的Hadamar不适定边值问题获得满意的正则化。
