预测共价晶体硬度的拉曼模型

摘要
基于硬度和振动拉曼光谱都取决于化学键内在性质这一事实，我们提出了一个预测共价晶体硬度的新理论模型。从典型闪锌矿共价晶体推导出的硬度与振动拉曼频率之间的定量关系被验证也适用于复杂多组分晶体。该模型使我们能够通过原位拉曼光谱测量，无损且间接地表征在超高压条件下合成的新型超硬材料的硬度。
