InAs Y 型分支开关中电子波函数的量子导引

摘要
我们报道了在由 InAs 弹道电子波导制成的栅控 Y 型分支开关上的实验。我们证明栅控不仅调制了电子波函数，也改变了其干涉图样，从而引起反关联的振荡跨导。这一此前未被预料到的现象为多通道晶体管结构中电子波函数的导引提供了证据。
