本文中我们给出 Berry-Hannay 模型的 {\it Hecke 量子唯一遍历猜想} 的证明，该模型是二维环面上的量子力学模型。此猜想由 Z. Rudnick 在 MSRI（伯克利，1999）与 ECM（巴塞罗那，2000）的讲座中提出。
