本文给出 Berry-Hannay 模型的 Hecke 量子唯一遍历速率猜想的证明。该模型是二维环面上的量子力学模型。此猜想由 Z. Rudnick 在 1999 年伯克利 MSRI 与 2000 年巴塞罗那 ECM 的讲座中提出。

In this version we add a proof that the character sheaf of the Heisenberg-Weil representation is perverse, geometrically irreducible of pure weight 0. Moreover, we supply invariant formulas for the character sheaf on an appropriate open set, and we give also another alternative proof for the rate conjecture that uses our invariant formulas
