摘要
我们给出了对 Liao 所著《Power domination with bounded time constraints》(J. Comb. Optim. 31 (2016) 725-742) 中给出的功率支配数下界的一个反例。我们还定义了功率传播时间，使用了 Liao 中的功率支配传播思想以及 Hogben 等人《Propagation time for zero forcing on a graph》(Discrete Appl. Math. 160 (2012) 1994-2005) 中的（零强迫）传播时间。
