摘要
我们研究了随着数据量增加，混合模型中潜在总体结构的后验收缩行为。我们采用混合模型（也称为主题模型）的几何视角，将其视为从（凸）总体多面体内部随机采样点的数据生成机制，该多面体的顶点对应于感兴趣的总体结构变量。建立了关于Hausdorff度量以及定义在多面体上的最小匹配欧几里得度量的后验收缩速率。开发的工具包括分层模型的后验渐近性和凸几何论证。
