摘要

我们回顾了著名的Douglas定理（关于算子的因式分解、值域包含与 majorization 的等价性）的一些重要推广与应用。然后我们将其应用于刻画Hilbert空间中算子 $2\times 2$ 分块矩阵正性的特征，最后描述了此类分块矩阵的性质，并给出了多种证明其正性的方法。
