双原子单元 Hubbard 链的相图

摘要
我们得到了 Hubbard 链（具有交替本地能）在半填充下的量子相图。该模型与铁电型钙钛矿及有机混合堆叠供受体晶体相关。对于任意参数值，带绝缘体始终被 Mott 绝缘体通过二聚体相分隔。边界通过具有特定离散对称性的激发能级的交叉点确定。我们指出，这些交叉点与电荷和自旋 Berry 相位的跳变相吻合，且具有明确的几何意义。
