BTeV 硅像素探测器原型在高能 π 束流中的性能

摘要
硅像素顶点探测器是 BTeV 谱仪的关键组件。我们在 Fermilab 的高能 π 束流中测试了与原型前端器件通过倒装焊连接的传感器。针对多种传感器-读出组合,测量了空间分辨率和占用率随 π 入射角变化的函数关系。将数据与蒙特卡罗模拟的预测进行了比较,发现两者非常一致。
