我们考虑一个拟正则 Dirichlet 型。我们证明，一个有界符号测度不赋予与该型相关联的零容度集任何电荷，当且仅当该测度可以分解为一个可积函数与该型定义域上的有界线性泛函之和。这种分解使得人们能够显式地描述对于几类有趣的 Dirichlet 型而言不赋予零容度集任何电荷的有界测度集。作为说明，文中给出了一些例子。
