摘要
在本文中，我们考虑一类退化奇异问题。退化由一类-容许权函数刻画，该权函数可能在原点附近消失或发散。此外，奇异性被允许在区域内部变化。我们给出了关于权函数、奇异指数以及源函数的充分条件，以建立正则性与存在性结果。
