在黎曼假设下，已知存在无穷多对相邻的黎曼 zeta 函数零点，其间距小于平均间距的 0.515396 倍。这是利用 Montgomery 和 Odlyzko 的方法得到的。我们证明该方法永远无法找到无穷多对间距小于平均间距 0.5042 倍的相邻零点。
