字符串主导的宇宙在局部上类似于开放宇宙，并能适配动态功谱、星系丰度、红移失真、透镜约束、光度和角直径距离关系以及微波背景观测等观测。我们展示了一些可能在不要求任何精细调参的情况下产生近期字符串主导的网络。我们讨论了未来观测如何将该模型与其他宇宙学模型区分开来。
