摘要

2009 年，Kong、Wang 和 Lee 提出了寻找完全二部图 $K_{m,n}$ 的边平衡指数集 ( $EBI$ ) 的问题，他们考察了 $n=1$ 、 $2$ 、 $3$ 、 $4$ 、 $5$ 以及 $m=n$ 的情况。此后，对于 $m \geq n$ 的情况，寻找 $EBI(K_{m,n})$ 的问题已在 $m,n=$ 奇,奇和奇,偶的情形下完全解决。本文中，我们找到了两部分基数均为偶数的完全二部图的边平衡指数集。
