摘要
我们估计了正则 LDPC 集合的权重和停止集分布的方差。使用这个估计和第二矩方法，我们获得了随机挑选的代码在权重分布和停止集分布接近各自集合平均值的概率的界。我们能够表明，大多数代码的总数具有其权重和停止集分布接近平均值。
