摘要

提出了表征由位翻转和单粒子翻转（SEUs）引起的基于 SRAM 的现场可编程门阵列（FPGA）I/O 模块中延迟故障的实验方法。报告了一起由事件链触发的长达 6.2ns 的延迟故障。
