本文是我们之前工作"[T. Jin, Y.Y. Li and J. Xiong, On a fractional Nirenberg problem, part I: blow up analysis and compactness of solutions, to appear in J. Eur. Math. Soc.]"的延续，其中给出了分数阶Nirenberg问题的紧致性结果。我们证明了其中陈述的两个存在性结果。我们还得到了一个分数阶Aubin不等式。
