摘要
我们研究了光滑流形之间仅以折叠点作为奇点的光滑映射，并阐明了在特定维度下，给定同伦类中存在此类映射的障碍。这些障碍用特征类来描述，这些特征类作为Postnikov不变量出现，并且可以被解释为消除某些奇点的主要和次要障碍。我们还讨论了折叠映射的存在性问题与稳定化切丛的向量场存在性问题之间的关系。
