摘要
我们提出了 Chirpy Cardinal,一个开放域社交聊天机器人。我们的机器人旨在兼具信息性与对话性,以真实、情商智能的方式与用户聊天。通过将受控神经生成与脚手架式手写对话相整合,我们让用户与机器人轮流主导对话,带来引人入胜且社交流畅的体验。该机器人部署于第四届 Alexa Prize Socialbot Grand Challenge,每天处理数千次对话,在九个机器人中排名第二,平均用户评分为 3.58/5。
