二维电子气中的阻尼效应与金属-绝缘体相变

摘要
分析了强相关二维费米系统中单粒子自由度的阻尼。抑制由于阻尼效应而导致的散射�幅，在与准粒子有效质量发散相关的相变区域中，起到保持Landau-Migdal准粒子图景有效性的关键作用。将分析结果应用于阐明二维稀疏电子气导电率 在发生金属-绝缘体相变的密度区域的行为。
