摘要
紧平面集的平衡测度给出了导体上电荷的稳态分布。我们证明该平衡测度的某些矩，当取关于静电质心且仅依赖于实坐标时，在以原点为中心的区间上是极值的。这对多项式零点的均值以及Green函数的临界点的均值有影响。我们还研究了依赖于到质心距离的矩，例如静电惯性矩。
