Riemann $\xi$ 函数的模表示及等价于 Riemann 假设的多项式不等式

摘要
我们利用 Jacobi theta 函数给出了 Riemann 函数模的表示。基于该模表示，我们证明了 Riemann 假设等价于一族多项式不等式的成立。我们还给出了关于这些多项式不等式的一些初步结果。
