摘要
我们利用谷歌与苹果移动数据来识别、量化并分类不同程度的社交疏离，并刻画其对欧洲与美国第一波 COVID-19 大流行的印记。我们通过谷歌与苹果数据独立地识别实施社交疏离的时段，而不依赖于政治决策。有趣的是，我们观察到对于欧洲各国与美国各州，感染率在移动性降低开始后两到五周出现普遍下降。
