Look: AI at Work! -- 分析 AI 支持工作场所的关键方面

摘要
本文我们呈现对人工智能 (AI) 在工作场所应用的技术因素和心理因素的分析。我们通过对十二个应用案例进行分析，这些案例来自一个将 AI 集成到未来工作场所和工作系统中的项目。从技术角度，我们主要关注应用程序所关注的 AI 领域。这允许我们就开发 AI 应用程序时应关注什么以及在使用不同利益相关者构建 AI 素养时应注意什么提出建议。这包括对训练基于学习的系统所需的高质量数据，以及与知识库系统集成的人类专业知识的重要性。就心理因素而言，我们派生出要在开发 AI 支持工作系统时要调查的研究问题，并在未来工作中要考虑的因素，主要涉及接受度、开放性和对 AI 系统的信任等主题。
