我们构造了三维半空间中Vlasov-Maxwell系统的全局时间经典解，超越了真空散射范畴。我们的ethods结合了对相关边界值问题的平稳解构造与其在L^\infty范数下对小扰动的渐近动力学稳定性证明，提供了一种新的框架来理解在边界和相互作用磁场存在下的长期波粒相互作用。迄今为止，我们的工作是已知在完整的三维非线性Vlasov-Maxwell系统中，对一般扰动下构建渐近稳定非真空稳态的首个实例。
