摘要
研究了一类由半线性抛物型方程支配的、具有混合逐点约束的参数化最优控制问题。扰动出现在目标泛函、状态方程以及混合逐点约束中。通过分析Lagnge乘子的正则性并建立稳定性条件，我们证明，如果未扰动问题的严格二阶充分条件成立，那么问题的解以及相关的Lagnge乘子都是参数的局部Lipschitz连续函数。
