我们给出了离散 Painlevé III (d-P) 方程的有理型和特殊函数（Bessel）型特解。这些解使我们能够建立该离散方程与其连续对应物之间的紧密平行关系。此外，我们提出了 d-P 的一种替代表达形式，并通过显式推导其 Lax 对确认了其可积性。
