摘要
本文采用案例研究结构，详述了Covid-19期间在人道主义项目上工作的种种困难。作者识别出六项具体挑战，并针对每项挑战提出创新应对方案。这些挑战包括：供应链、解决方案设计、人力资源开发、连通性与用户数据收集。这一前所未有的情形成为了冲突地区工作新型创新方案的试验场。
