摘要
提出了一个基于广义中心极限定理的幂律标准分布的自洽热力学框架，通过扩展 Khinchin 关于推导 Gibbs 标准统计力学理论讨论，来实现这一目标。所述热力学 Legendre 变换结构被用于建立其与非可扩展统计力学之间的联系。
