小谱半径和小Mahler测度的整数对称矩阵

在之前的一篇论文中，我们完整描述了分圆矩阵——谱半径不超过2的整数对称矩阵。在本文中，我们找到了所有极小的非分圆矩阵。由此，我们能够确定所有谱半径不超过2.019的整数对称矩阵，并确定所有Mahler测度不超过1.3的整数对称矩阵。特别地，我们解决了整数对称矩阵的Lehmer问题的强形式：所有非分圆矩阵的Mahler测度至少为“Lehmer数”1.17628...。
