摘要
我们通过蒙特卡洛模拟,在 DNA 的粗粒化 Kratky-Porod 模型中研究长双链 DNA 链的打结概率。通过调整单体的有效直径来实现不同的离子条件。我们发现,高盐条件与平板间限域可显著增强 DNA 中结的出现;类似地,在低盐水情形下结几乎可完全消解。与近期实验的对比证实,该粗粒化模型能够捕捉并定量预测 DNA 的拓扑特征,并可用于指导未来的 DNA 结实验。
