给出了借助带随机系数的线性型的独立性对几何分布的特征刻画。该结果是关于指数分布相应定理的离散类比。线性统计量独立性这一性质也是泊松律的特征刻画。关键词：几何分布；指数分布；泊松分布；线性型；随机系数
