杂质对 o-TaS$_3$ 中电荷密度波低温极化的影响

摘要
研究了掺杂 Nb、Se、Ni 以及名义纯净的 o-TaS 样品的低温介电响应的温度依赖性。发现低温介电常数异常地依赖于掺杂，掺杂晶体的介电常数更高，而所有样品的特征时间的温度依赖性遵循活化定律，具有几乎相同的活化能 K (T>20 K)。观察到的行为与所有现有的低温介电异常解释都不一致。
