利用 CUORE 对 $^{130}$Te 无中微子双贝塔衰变限值的改进

摘要

我们报告了利用 CUORE 探测器在 130^{130}Te 中搜寻无中微子双贝塔衰变的新结果。与先前结果相比,本次搜寻在曝光量四倍增加、触发阈值降低以及分析改进等方面受益。我们在 0νββ0\nu\beta\beta 衰变感兴趣区域观测到 (1.38±0.07)102(1.38\pm0.07)\cdot10^{-2} counts/(/(keV\cdotkg\cdotyr)) 的本底,在总曝光量 372.5 kg\cdotyr 下,我们达到了 1.710251.7\cdot10^{25} yr 的中值排除灵敏度。我们未发现 0νββ0\nu\beta\beta 衰变的证据,并为此过程的 130^{130}Te 半衰期设定了 90%90\% 置信区间贝叶斯下限 3.210253.2\cdot10^{25} yr。在 0νββ0\nu\beta\beta 衰变由轻 Majorana 中微子介导的假设下,根据所用核矩阵元的不同,这给出了 75-350 meV 的有效 Majorana 质量上限。
