本文中，我们通过考虑 Chern-Simons 拓扑质量项 的一阶项，求解 Yang-Mills-Gribov-Zwanziger-Chern-Simons 理论的能隙方程。结果，我们发现能隙方程有三个可能的解，即三个不同的 Gribov 参数。此外，我们分析了理论在每个 Gribov 参数下的区域，得到了与文献不同的结果。
