摘要
利用变能量正电子湮没寿命测量，识别了激光烧蚀沉积在SrTiO3衬底上的SrTiO3薄膜中的空位缺陷。锶空位相关缺陷是主要的正电子陷阱，并且除了顶部约50 nm的区域外，这些缺陷呈均匀分布。表面层显示出来自更大开体积缺陷(大空位团簇或纳米空洞)的湮没增加。
