寻找单层氮化硼：光学与拉曼特征

摘要
我们描述了单层和少层氮化硼的识别方法。其光学对比度远小于石墨烯，但通过优化观察条件，即使是单层也可分辨。拉曼光谱可用于确认氮化硼单层。单层氮化硼的基本拉曼模式会出现高达4 cm⁻¹的蓝移。通过利用拉曼强度和光学对比度的整数步长增加，可以计数较厚晶体中的层数。
