SfTI Veracity Spearhead 关于信任的人本文献综述

摘要
本文从以人为本的视角综述了关于数字技术信任的文献。我们首先总结其他领域中面对面交互的信任文献，随后讨论组织信任、技术中介信任、软件产品信任、AI 信任以及区块链信任。本报告是为新西兰国家科学挑战计划支持的科学技术创新 Veracity Spearhead（Science for Technological Innovation Veracity Spearhead）所撰写。
