关于 P53-MDM2 相互作用数学模型的 Hopf 分支分析

摘要
本文分析了一个描述蛋白 p53 与 Mdm2 相互作用的简单数学模型。对于稳态，我们讨论其局部稳定性与 Hopf 分支的存在性。选取时滞作为分支参数，我们研究分支周期解的方向与稳定性。最后给出若干数值例子并得出结论。
