这是作者在 2025 年 12 月 15 日至 19 日于京都大学 RIMS 举办的 RIMS 研讨会“代数数论及相关课题 2025”上所作报告的总结。在这篇综述论文中，我们解释了由 Das、Lehmann、Tosteson 和作者提出的同调筛法及其在 Manin 猜想中的应用。
