摘要
本文给出了振荡曲面积分平均行为的严格数学证明。基于遍历理论，我们找到了一个尖锐的几何条件，称之为无理方向稠密条件（irrational direction dense condition，简称 IDDC），在该条件下平均化得以发生。需要强调的是，IDDC 并不隐含对给定曲面曲率的任何控制。作为应用，我们在 区域中证明了具有 Dirichlet 边界数据的椭圆系统的均匀化。
